Fruits//Veggies: Produce sourced from local Hawaii farmers to ensure everything eaten is grown here in Hawaii. (Organic + NON GMO forward)
Carbohydrates are centered around a veggie/fruit forward approach. Produce sourced for carbs are typically Complex Carbohydrate ingredients. Longer chain of sugar molecules = more sustained energy source in your reserves based off the food you consume. FOOD = FUEL!
Low Glycemic Index diet + Paleo style eating brings forth the guidelines in which we prepare our meal preps. You won't find any processed, prepackaged foods here. No veggie oils, refined sugar, artificial sweeteners, grains, flour, or corn. We highlight food in balance with science backed nutrition data to encourage a lifestyle pathway of eating that could improve your health.
